Following the takeover of the Nostalgie Guadeloupe, Nostalgie Guyane and Nostalgie Martinique services by SAS Caribbean Active Broadcast, the French Superior Audiovisual Council, which became the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication (Arcom) on January1, 2022, abrogated the authorization decisions issued to SARL Société de promotion de la musique aux Antilles françaises (SPMAF) and SARL Guyane Communication CFM for the operation of these services.
It approved the draft agreements and authorized the diffusion of Nostalgie Guadeloupe, Nostalgie Guyane and Nostalgie Martinique from January1, 2022.
