Arcom has decided to approve a change in the share capital of SARL Maxxi Antilles, licensed to broadcast the Maxxi radio service in category B in the Basse-Terre (971), Fort-de-France (972) and La Trinité (972) areas, resulting in a change of control and corporate officer.
Following this operation, the company's capital will be fully owned by SARL Maxxi Médias, a 100% subsidiary of SAS Bottlenose Overseas.
