Following the Cayenne Mixed Commercial Court's verdict of September 25, 2025 declaring the Société Guyanaise de Presse (Sogupresse) in receivership, Arcom has decided to abrogate the authorization decision of July 5, 2023 for the operation of the category B service called Mo News Radio.
