Arcom has decided not to object to the changes in the corporate form and governance of SECOM, which directly or indirectly controls the providers of the radio services Figaro Radio and Melody (category D), on the one hand, and the television services Melody, Melody d'Afrique, My Zen TV, Museum and The Museum Channel, on the other.
These changes are not such as to compromise the fundamental imperative of plurality or the public interest.
