Arcom has decided to authorize the substitution between Régie Hautes-Pyrénées Haut Débit and the commune of Bagnères-de-Bigorre (65) for the management of the authorized television transmitter in the La Mongie area, in accordance with article 30-3 of the law of September 30, 1986.
It has therefore abrogated the authorization decision of June 28, 2017 authorizing the commune of Bagnères-de-Bigorre for the use of the radioelectric resource.
