Morandini Live" show broadcast on September 28, 2023: legal sanctions against the service editor

As part of the legal sanctions proceedings initiated on April 12, 2024 against Société d'exploitation d'un service d'information (S.E.S.I.) concerning the CNews television service regarding compliance with the provisions of article 1 of the deliberation of April 18, 2018, to which articles 2-3-7 of its agreement refers, Arcom has decided to impose the pecuniary sanction provided for in 1. of article 4-2-2 of its agreement, to set the amount of this sanction at 50,000 euros, due to the breaches observed during the diffusion of the Morandini Live program on September 28, 2023.

This sum will be allocated to the Centre national du cinéma et de l'image animée in accordance with article L. 116-5 of the Code du cinéma et de l'image animée.
