Mr Denis Rapone appointed to carry out the graduated response proceedings

Pursuant to article 4 IV of the French law of September 30, 1986, Arcom has appointed Mr. Denis Rapone, member of the College, to carry out, until December 31, 2024, the mission mentioned in articles L. 331-19 to L. 331-24 of the French intellectual property code.
Mrs Laurence Pécaut-Rivolier, also a member of the College, has been appointed Mr Rapone's alternate for the same period.
