No broadcasts: Radio JAAM issued with formal notice

After noting that no broadcasts had been made, and after initiating an adversarial procedure with the service's publisher, Arcom decided to give formal notice, on the basis of article 42 of the Act of 30 September 1986, to the association Rencontre et amitié - JAAM France to broadcast the category A service Radio JAAM on FM frequency 98.0 MHz in the Marseille area, and on DAB+ channel 8D in the local Marseille area.
