After noting the absence of DAB+ broadcasting of the Vivre FM radio service on the Lyon extended allotment, and after engaging in adversary proceedings with the provider of radio, Arcom gave formal notice, on the basis of the provisions of article 42 of the law of September 30, 1986, to the Association nationale pour la prévention des handicaps et pour l'information (ANPHI) to broadcast the Vivre FM service on frequency 181 in the future under the conditions set out in the authorization decision of December 20, 2017.936 MHz (channel 6A).
