After noting that the LFM Réunion radio service was not being shown in La Plaine-des-Palmistes, and after having initiated adversary proceedings with the provider of radio, Arcom gave formal notice to the Radio Zirondel association, on the basis of the provisions of article 42 of the law of September 30, 1986, to broadcast the LFM Réunion service on the 92.6 MHz frequency in the future, under the conditions set out in the authorization decision of May 5, 2021.
