Having noted the absence of diffusion, and after having initiated adversary proceedings with the provider of this service, Arcom gave formal notice to the association Radio Cactus, on the basis of the provisions of article 42 of the law of September 30, 1986, to broadcast the service of the same name on frequency 89.7 MHz in Saint-Marcellinin the future, under the conditions set out in the authorization decision of February 26, 2021.
