After noting that the Sunlight FM service was not being shown on the 105.2 MHz frequency in Saint-Philippe (La Réunion), and following adversary proceedings with its editor, the Sun FM association, Arcom gave the latter formal notice, on the basis of article 42 of the law of September 30, 1986, to broadcast the service in future under the conditions set out in its authorization.
