After noting the absence of diffusion on the Bleu FM (Le Port), Kréol FM (Saint-André), Métropole Radio (Brignoles, Draguignan) and Radio Altitude (Moûtiers) services, and after adversary proceedings with the providers of radio, Arcom served formal notice, based on the provisions of article 42 of the law of September 30 1986, respectively the association Bleu Azur, the association Kréol FM, the association Média Côte d'Azur and the association Radio Altitude to broadcast in the future under the conditions set out in their authorization decision.
