Non-compliance with effective radiated power in Villeneuve-sur-Lot: intervention and warning

Following observations that the maximum authorized effective radiated power (ERP) of two services had been exceeded during the inspection carried out on June 25, 2025 at Villeneuve-sur-Lot (47), Arcom decided to:
- issue a warning to the Skyrock service editor (the transmitter, set to an incident power of 100 W, generated a maximum ERP of 200 W for 100 W);
- to send a reminder letter to the Europe 1 service editor (the transmitter, set with an incident power of 256 W, generated a maximum ERP of 575 W for 500 W authorized).
