The French Superior Audiovisual Council, which became the Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique (Arcom) on January1, 2022, noted that several services had failed to meet their obligation to report to it on the fulfilment of their obligations and commitments for the 2020 financial year.

It warned the companies editing the Connaissance du Monde, Télévision de la Famille, Télé Kréol and Mandarin TV services not to repeat such a failure, and demanded that they provide it with this report.

In view of the repeat offence, it gave formal notice to OL TV and Sport en France to provide it with their report, and to comply in future with the requirements of their respective agreements.
