Nostalgie Arras: capital and program changes

Pursuant to article 42-3 of the French law of September 30, 1986, Arcom decided to approve the change of capital, resulting in a change of control and management of SARL Média Artois, holder of the authorizations to broadcast the category C service Nostalgie Arras, on FM and DAB+.
The Authority also decided not to object to the modification of the service's program, consisting in particular of the diffusion of the Nostalgie Lens music program.
These changes are not such as to compromise the fundamental imperative of plurality and the public interest.
