Arcom has decided to approve a change in the share capital of SARL Caribbean Active Broadcast, the licensee of category B radio services Nostalgie Guadeloupe, Nostalgie Guyane and Nostalgie Martinique, resulting in a change of control and corporate officer.
Following this transaction, the company's capital will be fully owned by Mr . Sébastien Politano, who will continue to manage SARL Caribbean Active Broadcast.
