Arcom has decided not to oppose the change in co-management, from December 16, 2025, of Montpellier Média, Presse du Gard, Publi Média and Pacific FM Béziers, companies jointly controlled indirectly by NRJ Group and the La Dépêche du Midi group and authorized to broadcast the category C services NRJ Montpellier-Sète, NRJ Perpignan, NRJ Nîmes, NRJ Béziers and Chérie FM Béziers respectively.
