Pursuant to the second paragraph of article 42-3 of the law of September 30, 1986, and in compliance with the criteria set out in article 29 of the same law, Arcom has approved the change of holder of the broadcasting licence issued to SARL SVC for the operation of the NRJ Vosges service in category C, to SAS NRJ Réseau.
