Arcom has decided not to oppose the change of corporate officer of Océane Communication Bretagne Sud, Only You and Fréquence Ille, holders of the authorizations to broadcast the category B services Océane (FM and DAB+) and Clazz (DAB+) respectively.
This change is not contrary to the first paragraph of article 42-3 of the law of September 30, 1986.
