Arcom noted the diffusion on France 2 on September 4, 2022 at 9:05 pm of the film Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood (prohibited in theaters for persons under 18) in two parts respectively accompanied by the notices " prohibited in theaters for persons under 18 " and " not recommended for persons under 16 ".

Notwithstanding the channel's decision to divide the film into two parts, she considered that the film constituted a single program within the scope of the June 7, 2005 notice, and that it could not therefore be classified in more than one way. It also considered that the film fell into category III (" forbidden to persons under 18 ").

Consequently, the Authority reminded France Télévisions of the need to ensure compliance with the provisions of the above-mentioned notice concerning the labelling of programmes for younger viewers, which excludes a single audiovisuel programme from being accompanied by different labelling.
