Orange Cinéma Séries warns of pornographic film broadcast on SMAD
The Council warned the Orange Cinéma Séries channel following the broadcast, on the night of May 21 to 22, 2013, on the "OCS à la demande" audiovisual media on demand service (the channel's catch-up TV service), of a pornographic film to subscribers who had purchased the film The Last Son: la malédiction. The film was preceded by the -18 pictogram, but was accessible without locking.
While the Orange channel informed the Council of this incident and stated that it had removed the film the following day and then restored the correct link to the advertised title, the broadcast of a pornographic film constitutes a breach of the deliberation of December 20, 2011 on the protection of young audiences, ethics and accessibility of programs on audiovisual media services on demand, in particular of sections 2 and 4 of chapter II-D on the conditions for making category V programs available.
