As part of the legal sanctions proceedings initiated on February 6, 2024 against the company C8 concerning the television service of the same name and relating to obligations in terms of respect for human rights and honesty and rigor in the presentation and processing of information, Arcom has decided to impose the pecuniary sanction provided for in 1. of article 4-2-2 of the agreement of May 29, 2019, to set the amount of this sanction at 50,000 euros due to the breaches observed during the diffusion of the program PAF avec Baba on September 12, 2023.
