Pay-TV channels 2022 report: examination of compliance with obligations to broadcast works (wave 1)

Arcom has examined compliance by the editors of 61 pay-TV services with their obligations to broadcast works for the 2022 financial year.
Following this examination, the Authority :
- intervened with the publishers of four services to demand that they meet their future obligations to broadcast original French-language audiovisual works (Eurosport 1 and Eurosport 2), European cinematographic works (Mélody) or recent European works by independent producers (Télésud);
- warned the Mélody d'Afrique service editor against any further failure to meet its broadcasting quota for original EOF audiovisual works.
