Arcom has examined compliance by the publishers of 38 pay-TV services with their obligations to broadcast works for the 2022 financial year.

Following this examination, the Authority :

  • intervened with the editors of five services to demand that, in future, they comply with their obligations to provide a report on the conditions under which program obligations and commitments have been fulfilled (Cheval TV and Mandarin TV) or to show European works by independent producers, with an appropriate proportion reserved for recent works (Equidia, Ere TV and MGG TV);
  • warned service editors Autoplus TV, Gourmand TV, Top Santé TV and Maison et Travaux TV against any renewed failure to comply with its obligation to provide a report on the conditions under which each service fulfills its program obligations and commitments.
