Phare FM and Sunshine: change of DAB+ multiplex (Nice local area)

Pursuant to articles 20 and 25 of the French law of September 30, 1986, Arcom responded favorably to requests from KFM, publisher of the Sunshine radio service, and UCB France, publisher of the Phare FM radio service, to change the multiplex of these services in the Nice local area, from channel 8D to channel 9D.
These changes do not constitute a substantial modification of the conditions under which authorizations have been issued, do not infringe the rights of third parties, and are not likely to destabilize the multiplex operators concerned.
The deadline by which these multiplex changes must have taken place is March 15, 2022.
