Following the verdict of the Mixed Commercial Court of Saint-Denis de La Réunion on May 4, 2022, closing the receivership proceedings against SARL Radio FG OI, Arcom has decided to abrogate the authorization decisions of January 18, 2017 and June 28, 2017 for the operation of the Premium B category service in several areas on Reunion Island.
