Arcom was alerted to the subtitling of the program Quotidien shown on TMC on April 9, 2024.
Noting that, at least for the second part of the program, the subtitling had failed to guarantee respect for the meaning of the speech, the Authority demanded that the service editor ensure, in future, compliance with the provisions of article 3-1-3 of its agreement.
