A complaint was lodged with Arcom regarding the diffusion on W9, on 20 February 2026, of a segment from the programme ‘Tout beau tout n9uf’, during which Delphine Wespiser extolled the benefits of fasting, particularly in relation to cancer cells.

Meeting in plenary session on 24 June 2026, Arcom deliberated on the matter.

In this case, Arcom noted that Delphine Wespiser’s statements during the programme on 20 February were likely to encourage behaviour that could be harmful to health. It nevertheless considered that the moderation exercised by the presenter and some of the panellists during the programme on 23 February constituted sufficient control over the broadcast.

Whilst Arcom did not find any breach, it nevertheless informed the broadcaster of the public outcry caused by the segment broadcast on 20 February 2026.
