Arcom received a complaint regarding a segment of the programme *Qui veut être mon associé ?* broadcast on M6 on 29 January 2026, during which an entrepreneur presented beef-based products containing offal.

Meeting in plenary session on 24 June 2026, Arcom deliberated on the matter.

Arcom considered that this segment did not constitute a breach by the broadcaster of its obligations, as it formed part of an entertainment programme featuring presentations of an entrepreneurial nature, and the comments made were, furthermore, put into context during the discussion.

It nevertheless decided to write to the broadcaster to urge it to exercise greater vigilance during the diffusion of this type of content, ensuring, where appropriate, that it is provided with sufficient context.
