Arcom was alerted following the diffusion of two sequences, respectively on BFMTV on January 20, 2023 in the program BFM Story and on Franceinfo: on May 9, 2023 in the program Votre instant politique, during which the dispute between Mr. Elie Yaffa and Mrs. Magali Berdah was evoked.
She noted that these broadcasts dealt with the subject of cyberbullying. It also considered that the comments made during the disputed segments were not such as to constitute a breach of the principle of presumption of innocence. It therefore did not intervene with the two publishers concerned.
