Qualification of several Altice Media group programs

Arcom has received a demand from representatives of the RMC Découverte and RMC Story channels for the requalification of two programs to be shown in 2022: Luxury apartments and houses in Dubai (requested as a documentary) and Goblin garage, modèles sur mesure (requested as a magazine).
After examining the arguments put forward in support of these demands, it has decided to maintain the contested qualifications, namely magazine (without substantial contribution of knowledge) for the program Appartements et maisons de luxe à Dubaï and entertainment for the program Goblin garage, modèles sur mesure.
The Authority also decided to classify the program Apocalypse, les 10 scénarios de la fin du monde, shown on RMC Story, as entertainment - other.
