Arcom has examined the broadcasting rates for French-language songs in the second and fourth quarters of 2023.
Following this review, it sent a reminder letter to :
- to the publisher of the Oüi FM service, which failed to meet its obligations to broadcast at least 50% new productions and at least 15% new talent or new French-language productions in April, May and June 2023;
- the publisher of the Radio FG service, which has failed to meet its obligation to broadcast at least 35% French-language songs in April, May and June 2023.
