Arcom was alerted to a sequence, shown on the program Quotidien on September 13, 2024 on TMC, during which, as part of a column on the program, the image of the plaintiff's child under the age of 18 was broadcast without authorization, unprotected and accompanied by mocking remarks.

While noting the withdrawal of the disputed sequence, the channel's expression of regret at the stir caused by it, and the implementation of internal measures designed to prevent the recurrence of such diffusions, the Authority nonetheless considered that the sequence infringed the stipulations of article 2-3-4 of its agreement.

As a result, Arcom has demanded that the service editor take the utmost care in the future to ensure compliance with these stipulations, particularly when it comes to capturing images of persons under 18 in a context that could contribute to school bullying.
