Pursuant to article 42-3 of the law of September 30, 1986, Arcom has decided not to oppose the modification of the capital of SARL Média Bonheur, holder of the authorization to broadcast the category B service Radio Bonheur on FM and DAB+.
This modification, which does not result in any change of control, is not such as to compromise the fundamental imperative of plurality and the public interest.
