Arcom has decided not to oppose the modification of the contractual commitments requested by SARL Média Bonheur, authorized to operate the category B service Radio Bonheur on nine FM frequencies in Guingamp, Carhaix-Plouguer, Lannion, Saint-Brieuc, Saint-Malo, Morlaix, Pleyben, Lorient and Brest within the jurisdiction of Arcom Rennes, as well as on DAB+ in the extended Rennes, extended Brest and local Rouen areas.

The changes mainly involve a lower proportion of sports programming on the radio, and a harmonization of the duration of local news and features (IRL) specific to the Côtes d'Armor, Finistère, Morbihan and Ille-et-Vilaine outlets.

All the changes made to the duration of specific IRLs represent a 0.6% reduction on current contractual commitments.

Because of their purpose and scope, the proposed program changes are not of a substantial nature, nor do they appear likely to compromise the fundamental requirement of pluralism or the public interest.
