Arcom has decided not to oppose a change in the board, including a change of president, of the association Comité de défense des auditeurs de Radio Solidarité (CDARS), authorized to operate the Radio Courtoisie service on DAB+.
This change does not constitute a substantial modification of the data on the basis of which the broadcasting license was issued.
