Pursuant to the fifth paragraph of article 42-3 of the French law of September 30, 1986, Arcom has decided to approve the change in capital, resulting in a change of control and management, of Compagnie Guyanaise de radiodiffusion, provider of the category B service Radio des Îles.
This change, which does not result in any change of control, is not such as to compromise the fundamental imperative of plurality and the public interest.
