Following the takeover of the Radio Emeraude service by SARL Média Bonheur, the French Superior Audiovisual Council, which became the Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique (Arcom) on January1, 2022, abrogated, with effect from December1, 2021, the authorization decision issued to the Radio Emeraude association.
It has approved the draft amendment to the Radio Bonheur service agreement, and authorized Radio Emeraude to broadcast in Brest from December1, 2021.
