Arcom has decided not to object to the change in capital of SAS Maison FG, which publishes the category B services FG Chic and Maxximum (authorized on DAB+), as well as the category D services Radio FG (authorized on FM) and FG Dance (authorized on DAB+).
This modification does not constitute a substantial change to the data on the basis of which broadcasting licences were issued to FG Concept and FG Music Development (companies controlled by SAS Maison FG).
