Radio FG, FG Dance, FG Chic and Maxximum: capital change

Arcom decided not to object to the change in capital of SAS Maison FG, the company directly controlling two providers of radio services:
- SAS FG Concept, authorized to broadcast the Radio FG and FG Dance services in category D;
- SARL FG Music Development, authorized to broadcast the FG Chic and Maxximum services in category B.
The Authority has noted that SAS Maison FG, previously 77.2%-owned by SAS Baduel and 22.8%-owned by SAS Bel Air Invest, is now 76.68%-owned by SAS Baduel, 22.59%-owned by SAS Bel Air Invest and 0.73%-owned by SAS Philippe Benacin Holding.
