In accordance with article 26 of the French law of September 30, 1986, Arcom responded favorably to a request from the French government for priority reservation of FM frequencies for the national program company Radio France to show France Info in Lesparre-Médoc, Luxeuil-les-Bains, Saint-Claude and Provins, and France Bleu Bourgogne in Le Creusot.

The Authority has therefore amended the decision to invite applications dated May 25, 2022 , to revoke the 95.8 MHz resource at Lesparre-Médoc from the list of available frequencies, and the decision to invite applications dated May 17, 2022 , to revoke the 100.8 MHz resource at Saint-Claude, the 101.9 MHz resource at Luxeuil-les-Bains and the 101.3 MHz resource at Le Creusot from the list of available frequencies.
