Radio France: priority booking on FM

In response to a request from the French government, pursuant to article 26 of the law of September 30, 1986, Arcom responded favorably to a demand from the national broadcaster Radio France for priority reservation of FM frequencies to show the following services:

  • France Bleu Loire Océan in Cholet ;
  • France Info in Loudéac, Carhaix-Plouguer, Landerneau, Lesneven, Quimperlé and Vitré;
  • France Inter in Cholet and Challans.

In addition, as part of the November 24, 2021 call for FM candidates within the jurisdiction of the Rennes CTA, the Authority has authorized frequency upgrades for the diffusion of the following services:

  • France Bleu Breizh Izel in Audierne (from frequency 105.3 MHz to frequency 98.7 MHz) and Landerneau (from frequency 101.4 MHz to frequency 92.8 MHz);
  • France Culture in Audierne (from 98.7 MHz to 98.0 MHz);
  • France Musique in Vitré (from 98.7 MHz to 89.7 MHz).
