Radio JAAM: authorizations revoked

As part of the sanction proceedings initiated on August 8, 2025 against the association Rencontre et amitié - JAAM France, concerning the category A service known as Radio JAAM for failure to broadcast in FM and DAB+, Arcom has decided, pursuant to article 42-1 of the law of September 30, 1986, to repeal :
- the decision of June 30, 2009 authorizing the above-mentioned association to operate the 98.0 MHz frequency in Marseille;
- the January 15, 2013 decision authorizing the above-mentioned association to operate the 201.072 MHz frequency (channel 8D) in the Marseille local area.
