On the basis of article 42-3 of the law of September 30, 1986, Arcom has decided to approve the change of holder and category of the broadcasting licences issued to SAS SNB for the operation of the category C service Radio Nova Bordeaux in FM in the Bordeaux area and in DAB+ in the extended allotments of Bordeaux and La Rochelle, to the benefit of SARL Radio Nova, which directly controls SAS SNB, with a view to operating the Radio Nova program in category D.
