Arcom has decided not to oppose the change of manager of SARL Radio Peinard, holder of the authorization to broadcast the category C service Radio Peinard Skyrock on FM in the Béziers area.
This change is not contrary to the first paragraph of article 42-3 of the law of September 30, 1986.
