The company Pitchoun Médias having indicated its wish to return the radio resources allocated to it for the operation in DAB+ of the category D service called Radio Pitchoun respectively in the Toulon local (authorization decision dated February 5, 2020), Avignon local (authorization decision dated February 5, 2020) areas, Orléans local (authorization decision dated December 9, 2020), Pau local (authorization decision dated November 24, 2021), Bayonne local (authorization decision dated November 24, 2021) and Nancy local (authorization decision dated December 1, 2021), Arcom has abrogated the relevant authorization decisions.

The abrogation of the relevant authorizations does not affect the rights of third parties, nor the rights and principles which the Authority must ensure are respected in the exercise of the powers conferred on it by law to guarantee the exercise of freedom of communication.
