As the association Radio Sud Plus has expressed its wish to return the radioelectric resource allocated to it to operate the Category A FM service of the same name in the Saint-Joseph area (La Réunion), Arcom has abrogated the authorization decision of July 19, 2011.
The abrogation of the relevant authorization does not affect the rights of third parties, nor the rights and principles which the Authority must ensure are abided by in the exercise of the powers entrusted to it by law to guarantee the exercise of freedom of communication.
