Arcom has been alerted concerning the diffusion of the film 120 battements par minute on December 20, 2021 at 4:10 pm on OCS City, as the accompanying "not recommended for children under 10" signage was deemed insufficient.

According to article 2 of the June 7, 2005 notice to television service editors concerning youth signs and program classification, Category II classification applies to programs "containing certain scenes likely to cause offence to persons under 18". Category III classification applies to " cinematographic works forbidden to persons under 18, as well as to programs likely to disturb persons under 18, in particular when the program makes repeated use of physical or psychological violence".

Arcom considered that this film, because of its psychologically distressing atmosphere marked by the omnipresence of illness and death, and the presence of scenes likely to disturb persons under 18, fell into category III.

As a result, it demanded that the channel apply the corresponding category markings to any reruns of the film.
