Arcom has been asked about compliance with the principle of political plurality on Tahiti Nui Télévision (TNTV).

Under the provisions of the deliberation of November 22, 2017 relating to the principle of political pluralism in radio and television services, " in programs for local diffusion, plurality must be ensured in the treatment of local political current affairs, taking into account local political balances ".

In the light of the list of speaking times given to Arcom by TNTV at its request, it does not appear that the channel has departed from this obligation insofar as the breakdown of speaking times corresponds to the political balance of the Assembly of French Polynesia.

Furthermore, the choice of persons invited to speak on air is the exclusive editorial responsibility of radio and television services. Arcom has no power to impose or refuse the presence of a guest on a particular program.
